Shipping & Delivery

Orders must be placed before 12 PM MST in order to ensure delivery within 1, 2 or 3 business days if you chose to upgrade your shipment to express service.

Orders that are placed between 12 PM MST on Friday and 11:59 PM MST on Sunday (or during a holiday) will be shipped on the next business day and delivered within 1, 2 or 3 business days after that.
  • Q: What is the status of my order?
  • A: Your tracking number (if available by shipping carrier) is on your email receipt/confirmation and can be viewedby logging into your account.
  • Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
  • A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-10 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses and International Orders (Due to customs and the shipping service of your country we cannot accurately provide transit time for shipments). All per-order items will ship to arrive on or near the published release date. If you have "non pre-order" items that you would like to have shipped sooner please place a separate order.
  • Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
  • A: You can pick the shipping type directly from the checkout screen and have it arrive when best suites you.
  • Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
  • A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
  • Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
  • A: Our standard 2-10 business day shipping based on the current shipping carrier rates at that moment.


SellMerch.com is not responsible for any item that has been shipped but not received by the customer. If the item has been shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. The customer must contact the carrier with the provided shipping information and work directly with the carrier. We will work with customers to resolve incorrect shipments when SellMerch.com is at fault.


Returns & Replacements

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or accept your return for a full refund.

You may return your purchase within 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the same condition you received them and in the original box.
We supply a return form on your shipping documents with your original shipment. Just fill it out and ship it back. Their will be a 5.00 fee applied to your credit card in cases where the exchange/return is not due to defective merchandise.

Guidelines:

  • - All items must be unused and include the original packaging
  • - Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
  • - Clothing must have no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell, no detergent smell, and no perfume smell
  • - Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Defective Merchandise:
SellMerch.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective, please send it back along with the return slip explaining the defect. Download the Return Slip Here.


Pre-Orders:
All Pre-Orders will ship to arrive on or near the official published release date. We are unable to cancel pre-orders, but you are more than welcome to return them within 30 days per our return policy. If want additional “non pre-order” items to arrive before the release date please place a separate order.

Pre-Orders are subject to physically ship before being shown in “Complete” status. Pre-Orders will be moved to “Complete” status on the published release date, although you may see your Pre-Order in either “Pending” or “Hold” status.
